Katja Iversen is the CEO of the Museum for the United Nations – UN Live - a UN affiliated organization,
unleashing the power of popular culture and conversations to include, inspire and engage people

Ms. Iversen holds various board and executive advisory roles, and is a sought moderator and keynote
speaker, including on global health, wellbeing economy, the power of popular culture and sustainable

Ms. Iversen has a background as a leader in civil society, the United Nations, and as a cross-cultural
leadership trainer for Fortune 500 executives. She has been a member of Prime Minister Trudeau’s and

In many of her roles, Katja has worked with popular culture to further the agenda and build broader
support to various SDG issues. She has been an adviser to several artists regarding driving social impact
through arts.
Katja holds a Master’s Degree in Communications from Denmark, and a Leadership Degree from
Columbia University in the US. In 2022 she was awarded an honorary doctorate in philosophy for her
“iconic and outstanding contribution towards furthering cross cultural connections”. She was
named Dane of the Year in 2018 and given a Woman of the Decade award in 2022 by Women Economic
Forum.

Lisa Lang is the Director for EU Affairs & Policy Orchestrator for EIT Climate KIC and the Chair person for the Cultural & Creative Taskforce for UNFCCC United Nations Global Innovation Hub (UGIH).

Kristian Singstad Pålshaugen is a design specialist at Halogen, a Norwegian design agency that works with complex societal issues. They have also worked with the reception of minor asylum seekers, the overall preparedness in Norway and measures to reduce sickness absence in overburdened health institutions.

For over a decade Dr. George Musgrave been researching musicians' psychosocial working lives with a focus on mental health & wellbeing in the music industry. Simon Skov Fougt
Simon Skov Fougt is the national research leader for the international reading survey PIRLS, which examines the reading abilities of 4th-grade students. His research focuses on integrating the external environment into teaching through scenario-based didactics, with a particular interest in IT and technology, multimodality, and teacher competence development.
Simon is originally trained as a primary school teacher with specializations in French and Music (1998) and later Danish (2001). He holds a Master’s degree in Danish Didactics (2009) and a Ph.D. in teacher competence development, scenario didactics, and IT (2015). He has worked as a primary school teacher from 1998 to 2010 and as an adjunct, part-time teacher, and associate professor in teacher education (2010-2012 and 2016-2019). Additionally, he is an author and consultant for various educational materials, both analog and digital, primarily in Danish for the primary school level. Morten Schwarz Lausten
Morten has been employed by the Danish Red Cross since 2013 and today, as creative director, develops the Red Cross' communication work in Denmark, i.a. through the establishment of strategic partnerships with companies, foundations and creative professions such as theatres, game developers and film producers to reach more, in new ways and with new methods. Including, and not least, numerous, popular teaching courses for primary school and secondary education. The strategy has two legs: on the one hand, partnerships with creative industries strengthen the Red Cross' brand and inspire the creation of unique communication products, on the other hand creative productions can help put humanitarian issues on the agenda, and they help - with the artistic language - to communicating otherwise difficult and heavy subjects, which is the work of the Red Cross: war, disasters in the world, and the increasing loneliness in Denmark. Camilla Mosekjær Christensen (b. 1991) holds a Master’s degree in Art History from the University of Copenhagen. Bård Kleppe is a research professor at Telemarksforsking in Norway, where he has researched cultural life and cultural policy for over 15 years.
In 2010, Kleppe developed the Norwegian Culture Index, an overview and analysis of cultural life in Norwegian municipalities based on a number of different data sources. Today, a number of municipalities and counties use the Norwegian Culture Index as an important tool in their planning work in the area of culture.

Jenny Johannisson
Jenny Johannisson is a Dr. associate professor of Library and Information Science with a primary research focus on local and regional cultural policy in the context of globalization. Through several research projects, she has explored how local and regional public administrations manage increased political autonomy in the field of cultural policy. Her teaching primarily covers cultural policy, along with research methods.
Since joining the University of Borås in 1995, Jenny has been dedicated to contributing to the development of a cultural policy research infrastructure, both nationally and internationally. This commitment has led to the establishment of two scholarly open access journals in the research field and serving as the chair of The International Conference of Cultural Policy Research (ICCPR) Scientific Committee from 2012 to 2020. The ICCPR is a biannual research conference organized in collaboration with The International Journal of Cultural Policy Research (Routledge). Jenny's interest in cultural policy also placed her as an analyst and deputy director to the Swedish Agency for Cultural Policy Analysis (www.kulturanalys.se) between 2018 and 2024. Over the next three years, her research will primarily focus on the Horizon 2020 project "Acting on the Margins – Art as Social Sculpture" (AMASS).

Gunna Winterberg
Gunna Winterberg has a Master's degree. mag. in theater science and dance science from the University of Copenhagen and since 2012 has focused on classical performing arts for children. She heads the Royal Theatre's department for performances, learning courses and teaching material for children and their adults and is currently particularly focused on transforming the old Stærekassen theater into the Children's Royal Theatre. Not as a functioning theatre, but more like a children's universe or a theater playground where children can play in the world of art. Here the imagination, the urge to create and play are at the center. Gunna is driven by the fact that all children should have art in their lives, and is thus both interested in the structures and systems that make it possible, as well as in children's culture and artistic processes.
